Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who is the Fantasy Museum suitable for?
The Fantasy Museum is designed for everyone! It is an excellent experience for families with kids, as the interactive elements are perfect for younger visitors. However, teenagers, groups of friends, and adults young at heart also find it a great way to explore their senses and take unique photos.
2. How long does a visit take?
Most visitors spend approximately ~45 minutes exploring the museum. It is the perfect length for a fun break during your day in Palma without taking up your entire afternoon.
3. Is this a good activity for rainy or hot days?
Absolutely. The Fantasy Museum is completely indoors, making it the perfect escape from the weather.
Rainy Day in Mallorca? Stay dry and colorful while the storm passes.
Hot Sunny Day? Escape the heat and enjoy our cool, air-conditioned rooms.
4. Can we take photos inside?
Yes! We encourage it.
Bring your phone: There are endless spots for selfies, especially in the Infinity Room and Color Shadow Room.
Photo Booths: We have dedicated photo booths in the first room and the Ball Pit room where you can print out your memories immediately to take home.
5. Is the museum accessible/scary?
The museum is about fun and imagination, not being scary! However, please be aware of: The Pink Room (Room 8): This room plays with gravity and equilibrium. If you are prone to motion sickness or dizziness, you might feel a "sea sick" sensation similar to being on a boat.
The Ball Pit: You will need to take off your shoes to enter the ball pit.
6. What should we wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely! You will be sitting in chairs, walking through tunnels, playing in sand, and diving into a ball pit. We recommend wearing socks, as shoes must be removed for the ball pit.
7. Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking your tickets online to secure your preferred time slot, especially on rainy days or weekends when we are busiest. However, walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
